Frequently asked questions
Who is Pulse Technology for?
Pulse devices are designed for professional clinics and practitioners who want safe, reliable, and results-driven technology.
Do I need to be qualified to purchase a device?
Yes. All devices are available only to certified practitioners. You’ll need to provide proof of qualifications before purchase.
What support do you provide after purchase?
Every device includes full training, aftercare, and business support to help you integrate treatments successfully.
When will I get my order?
Our standard delivery time is 5–7 days, excluding processing time.
Processing time is separate and may vary depending on order volume, product type or verification requirements.
We always work as quickly as possible to dispatch your order.
Are finance options available?
Klarna is available at checkout. This is our only finance option. Flexible instalments are offered directly through Klarna.
T&Cs apply. Klarna eligibility checks are required.
Do I need to be CQC registered to provide EndoPulse™ training if I am a medic?
No. CQC registration is not required for EndoPulse™ training because the device operates below the 1000W threshold set out in CQC regulations.
Lasers under 1000W fall outside the categories that require CQC oversight, meaning medics can legally train and deliver the treatment without CQC registration.
However, practitioners must still follow all relevant professional standards, safety protocols, and insurance requirements when offering training or treatments.
Is EndoPulse™ recognised by insurers for all practitioner levels?
Absolutely. EndoPulse™ is endorsed by Finch Insurance, ensuring that medics and non-medics can obtain the appropriate insurance following successful training and assessment.
